Hey there, I’m Ava!
I’m Ava, a special educator, postpartum doula, death doula, and Reiki practitioner devoted to holding space for life’s sacred thresholds—birth, death, and everything in between. With a background in education and over a decade of experience supporting individuals and families, I bring warmth, advocacy, and a grounded presence to each transition. Whether supporting a new parent, a grieving soul, or someone rediscovering themselves, I believe in care that honors the body, spirit, and lineage.
Through Empowered with Ava, I offer 1:1 Reiki sessions and integrative doula care with a focus on ancestral healing and generational trauma. Whether you're moving through postpartum, grief, or personal transformation, this is a space to feel supported, grounded, and reconnected to your inner wisdom—as you heal yourself and gently break the cycles that no longer serve you.
