Death & Dying

A Death Doula is a non-medical, compassionate support person who helps individuals and families navigate the emotional, spiritual, and practical aspects of dying. I offer presence, guidance, and tools to help bring peace, meaning, and connection to the end-of-life experience.

Hospice focuses on providing medical comfort care during the final stages of life. As a death doula, I offer emotional, spiritual, energetic, and practical support that complements—not replaces—hospice care. I can spend more time with you and your loved ones, holding space for legacy work, ritual, family dynamics, grief processing, and generational healing.

Unlike hospice, my support can begin well before an official diagnosis or end-of-life timeline. We can work together at any stage of life—whether you’re planning ahead, navigating a significant health journey, or supporting a loved one. My role is to walk beside you, offering presence, perspective, and peace every step of the way.

You can reach out at any stage—whether you're processing a diagnosis, planning ahead, caregiving, or already in the active dying phase. There's no "too early" or "too late." My role is to meet you where you are.
