Student cancels within 7 days of the class: - No refund, but you may transfer your spot to a future class Student cancels within 48 hours or no-shows: - No refund or transfer option. 📌 Instructor Cancellation If the class is postponed due to instructor illness, emergency, or weather, students may choose: - A free transfer to the next class date or a full refund 📌 Transfer Policy You may transfer your spot to another person up to 48 hours before class (with instructor approval). 📌 Payment Methods Credit/debit card or Venmo accepted Payment plans available 📌 Final Details - Exact location or Zoom link is sent once payment is received - Students are responsible for notifying the instructor of any accessibility needs - All students receive their manuals or digital packets 2–3 days before the class
